Day 1: Arrival in Cusco

Welcome to Cusco. On arrival our Andean team will be waiting for you and transfer you on a private car to your hotel in the Centre of Cusco. In the afternoon you have a group City tour visiting the most important sites of Cusco. The Cathedral, Koricancha well known as the temple of the Sun, Tambomachay “Temple of the water”, Puka pukara “ Red Fort”, Qenqo and Sacsayhuaman.

Day 2: Sacred Valley

Pick up time from the hotel between 8 – 8:20am. We will take you on the group tour to the Sacred Valley. We will visit Pisac ruins & Market. We will walk in the area of the ruins for around 1 hour. From here we make our way to Urubamba where we have lunch in a touristic restaurant (not included in the package).

Our final place to visit is the Andean town of Ollantaytambo. Incredibly, most of its buildings, which were built by different Inca rulers, still remain today. Overnight in Ollantaytambo.

Day 3: Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes

It is a quick walk to the train station at Ollantaytambo where you can take the train to Aguas Calientes.

On arrival you will be met by a representative of the hotel and taken to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. In the evening you will meet you resident Guide to coordinate about the next day activities.

Day 4: Machu Picchu – Cusco

Today we take the first bus to catch the Sunrise in Machu Picchu. You will enjoy almost 2 hour guided tour of the important sites of Machu Picchu. Afterwards you have leisure time to explore on your own.

We take the afternoon train back to Ollantaytambo where our driver will be waiting for you in order to transfer you back to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 5: Cusco – Lima

Today we transfer you to the airport to catch your flight to Lima. End of Our Services

Interested in climbing Huayna Picchu Mountain?

Please note that you need to reserve permits for Huayna Picchu Mountain in advance as they are subject to availability. There are 400 permits available per day and the cost to add on Huayna Picchu to your program is $ 15 per person. Please note if passengers are not on time for Huayna Picchu they will lose their entrance!
