Our culinary experience begins with a hotel pick-up and a visit to the vibrant local market of Surquillo, where you will meet your professional chef and explore the authentic flavors of Peru. Together, the group will select one traditional starter and one main dish to prepare during the class.

As you walk through the market, your guide will introduce you to Peru’s rich gastronomic culture, explaining the history of local ingredients, fresh produce, and traditional cooking techniques while helping choose the finest ingredients for your dishes.

After the market visit, we will continue to our cooking studio in Miraflores, where the hands-on cooking experience begins. Enjoy a fun and interactive class including local snacks, a seasonal fruit tasting, one starter, and one main course prepared by you under the guidance of our expert chef.
