Day 1: Arrival in Lima

Welcome to Lima – Peru. At your arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel close to the airport. You can also request a hotel in Miraflores.

Day 2: Lima – Cusco

Early morning we transfer you to the airport to catch your flight to Cusco. On arrival our team will be waiting for you and transfer you on a private car to your hotel in the Centre of Cusco. In the afternoon you have a group City tour visiting the most important sites of Cusco. The Cathedral, Koricancha well known as the temple of the Sun, Tambomachay “Temple of the water”, Puka pukara “ Red Fort”, Qenqo and Sacsayhuaman.

Day 3: Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo

Pick up time from the hotel between 8 – 8:20am. We will take you on the group tour to the Sacred Valley. We will visit Pisac ruins & Market. We will walk in the area of the ruins for around 1 hour. From here we make our way to Urubamba where we have lunch in a touristic restaurant (not included in the package).

Our final place to visit is the Andean town of Ollantaytambo. Incredibly, most of its buildings, which were built by different Inca rulers, still remain today. Overnight in Ollantaytambo.

Day 4: Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes

It is a quick walk to the train station at Ollantaytambo where you can take the train to Aguas Calientes.

On arrival you will be met by our representative and taken to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. In the evening you will meet your resident Guide to coordinate about the next day activities.

Day 5: Machu Picchu – Cusco

Today we take the first bus to catch the Sunrise in Machu Picchu. You will enjoy almost 2 hour guided tour of the important sites of Machu Picchu. Afterwards you have leisure time to explore on your own.

We take the afternoon train back to Ollantaytambo where our driver will be waiting for you in order to transfer you back to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 6: Cusco

Today you will have the opportunity to explore Cusco by yourself and do some last minute shopping, visit museums, markets etc. ( Let us know if you want to include an additional tour instead of having a free day)

Day 7: Cusco – Puno

Transfer to the bus station to board a first Class touristic bus service that stops at various sites enroute such as Andahuayllilas Chapel, Raqchi, La Raya (photostop) and Pukara. The total journey is 10 hours approximately and that includes the stops. Lunch is included in Sicuani. You arrive in Puno around 5pm. You will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel.

Day 8: Lake Titicaca with Homestay

Early morning to be transferred to the port and straight away take a boat out to the floating Islands of Uros. From here we continue to Amantani Island where we stay with a local Family tonight.

Day 9: Lake Titicaca

Enjoy breakfast with your family before continuing onwards to the Isle of Taquile. Here we find beautiful local costumes and hand woven products. In the late afternoon we return to the Port of Puno and transfer back to your hotel.

Day 10: Puno – Juliaca Airport – Lima

Today we transfer you to the airport in Juliaca which is 50 minutes drive from Puno. Here you take your flight to Lima. On arrival you will be met by your Guide to start a private Lima City tour. The tour last approximately 3hrs. Afterwards we can drop you at the suburb of Miraflores to do some last minute shopping and explore by yourself. It all depends on the time of your International flight back home. You can coordinate with the driver whether you need an earlier transfer back to the Airport.
