Day 1: Arrival in Lima

Welcome to Lima, Peru! Upon arrival at Jorge Chávez International Airport, simply exit the terminal through the main doors and turn right. Your hotel is conveniently located directly across from the airport, so no airport transfer is required.

Take the rest of the day to relax after your international flight and prepare for your journey through the breathtaking landscapes and rich history of Peru.

Day 2: Lima – Cusco | Private Cusco City Tour

Please arrive at the airport at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before your domestic flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel.

In the afternoon, enjoy a Private Cusco City Tour, exploring the city’s most iconic historical and archaeological attractions.

Highlights of the tour:

• Cusco Cathedral
• Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun)
• Sacsayhuamán Fortress
• Qenqo Archaeological Site
• Tambomachay (Temple of Water)

The tour lasts approximately 4 hours and concludes at Cusco’s beautiful Plaza de Armas.

Day 3: Private Sacred Valley Tour – Aguas Calientes

After breakfast, your private guide will collect you from your hotel to begin an unforgettable journey through the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Your first stop is Awanakancha, a cultural center where you’ll meet llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos while learning about traditional Andean weaving techniques.

Continue to the colorful town of Pisac, famous for its artisan market and spectacular Inca archaeological complex overlooking the valley. Explore the ruins while enjoying incredible panoramic views.

Later, travel to Urubamba, where you’ll have free time for lunch at a local restaurant (lunch not included).

In the afternoon, discover the fascinating Inca town of Ollantaytambo, one of the best-preserved living Inca villages, renowned for its impressive fortress and charming cobblestone streets.

In the evening, board the train to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to your hotel, where your guide will provide a briefing for the following day’s visit.

Day 4: Sunrise at Machu Picchu

Wake up early for one of the highlights of your journey. Together with your private guide, take one of the first shuttle buses to Machu Picchu, giving you the opportunity to experience the magical atmosphere of sunrise over the Lost City of the Incas.

Enjoy a guided tour lasting approximately 2 hours, visiting the most important temples, terraces, ceremonial areas, and viewpoints while learning about the fascinating history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After the guided visit, you’ll have free time to explore at your own pace and capture unforgettable photographs.

Later, return to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included), browse the local handicraft market, and board the train back to Ollantaytambo for your overnight stay.

Day 5: Maras, Moray, Salt Mines & Chinchero

This morning your guide will meet you at your hotel as you continue exploring the Sacred Valley before returning to Cusco.

Visit the picturesque village of Maras, followed by the incredible circular agricultural terraces of Moray, believed to have been an Inca agricultural research center.

Next, discover the spectacular Salt Mines of Maras (Salineras), where thousands of salt pools have been harvested using traditional methods for centuries.

Your final stop is the charming Andean town of Chinchero, where you’ll visit its traditional market and beautiful colonial church built on Inca foundations.

Return to Cusco during the afternoon and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Leisure Day in Cusco

Today is yours to discover Cusco at your own pace.

Some recommended activities include:

• Visit the famous San Pedro Market.
• Enjoy traditional Peruvian fruit smoothies.
• Explore the Inca Museum.
• Walk through the artistic neighborhood of San Blas.
• Relax in one of Cusco’s charming cafés or restaurants.

Day 7: Cusco – Lima – Departure

After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Cusco Airport for your flight to Lima.

Upon arrival, your private guide will welcome you for a sightseeing tour through Peru’s capital city.

• San Martín Square
• Government Palace
• Lima City Hall
• Modern districts of San Isidro and Miraflores

If your flight schedule allows, you’ll also have free time at the beautiful Larcomar Shopping Center, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, where you can enjoy last-minute shopping or a farewell meal before your transfer back to the airport for your international flight home.
